Your insrtuctor has over 25 years experience and will ensure you are guided through adaptations to help you gain the most out of class.
Progressing Ballet Technique
Improve your posture, balance and co-ordination whilst discovering the hidden secrets to a ballerina's technique and strength. Calming music will allow you to focus on the full benefit of each exercise to gain the maximum progress in your plan to improve your health and well being.
Your instructor has over 25 years experience and holds the highest qualification achievable as a ballet teacher, she will guide you through each exercise, carefully explaining where the targeted muscle groups are and how to adapt it to suit your own personal ability.
Ballet Classes
Improve your coordination, balance, concentration and posture.
Learn the techniques of ballerinas, to modern classical music. Dance at the barre, dance across the room. You will enjoy every part of class.
You will be given tips on how to gain the best from each class and key points to correct and focus on.
Miss Tracy is a Fellow of the I.D.T.A with over 25 years experience of training classical dancers and can't wait to help you embark on your journey into ballet.
